Mr. Hirasawa announces:

"As you may know, the Japanese Anime movie MILLENNIUM ACTRESS will be shown on September 12, 2003
in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco and Toronto.

It may seem unbelievable, but the Japanese agent wasn't informed about the screenings in advance. We
had always hoped that someday the movie would be be released in U.S.A.

With out proper notice, it was impoosible to oraganize an official sound track release for the USA. We have hurried to make English pages for the official sound track CD at

Mr. Hirasawa was also shocked to learn that Son May has released a bootleg version of the sound track.
Although Son May insists they have licensed the sound track, Mr. Hirasawa contends that Son May's claims
are untrue. The copyright control company that represents Mr. Hirasawa is currently investigating to
determine what actions should be taken even though many Japanese agents feel it is too difficult to stop Asian
bootlegs.
