California Resident Sergio Armendariz Heads to Tokyo
To Visit With The Artists and Writers of Raijin Comics

(Los Angeles, CA) (Nov. 14th, 2002)— Gutsoon! Entertainment has selected
Sergio Armendariz as the lucky winner of the “Getaway to Japan with Raijin
Comics ” contest.

Chosen among 15,000 entries collected throughout the country, Mr. Armendariz
will spend five days and nights in Tokyo, Japan, and will meet with Raijin
Comics writers and artists who, based on availability, will include Tsukasa
Hojo, Hara Tetsuo, and world renowned manga editors Horie Nobuhiko, Yamamoto
Hideki, Negishi Tadashi.

The Japan contest, launched July 4th at Anime Expo Long Beach, and was
offered to Comic Con and Anime Expo New York attendees, as well. The winner
was selected on September 15th at the Los Angeles offices of Gutsoon!
Entertainment, Inc.

Manga fans world wide will be able to experience Sergio’s trip on
RaijinComics.com as the website will document the details of the adventure
featuring a diary generated by Mr. Armendariz, as well as pictures of his
experiences.

Sergio Armendariz was born in Texas, but a native of New Mexico, whose
passion is creative writing. His love for animation has lead his career
growth to include working as a screenplay analyst for Mercedes
Entertainment; Director of Development for Jorge Rivero Productions, and in
1995 joined Dreamworks Entertainment, where he works to import hand drawn
artwork into digital files, working on such titles as The Prince of Egypt,
El Dorodo, Spirit and Sinbad.

“ It is a thrill to be the winner of such a unique opportunity,” said Mr.
Armandariz, “I am extremely excited at the thought of seeing Tokyo, but more
importantly, I am looking forward to the possibility of meeting with the
Raijin Comics artists and editors since they have played such an important
role in the success of the manga publishing business, both, here in the U.S.
and in Japan.”
